What Our Customers Says
Definitely recommend calling Emory Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I dropped an earring down the sink drain and was frantic. Emory sent a plumber out within 2 hours and quickly retrieved my earring. Their employee was quick, kind, and informative. I will definitely call them anytime I need plumbing services. The employees who helped on the phone were extremely helpful as well. They scheduled a time and called me to let me know they had a cancellation and could send someone over sooner than expected. I loved them for that 🙂
Super easy to deal with. Called in the morning about installing a copper ice maker line and they were there that afternoon (right when they said they'd be). The guys who showed up were friendly and efficient and had things up and running in no time. Granted, it wasn't a super complex ask, but it's nice when things go as smoothly as you think they should. Will definitely use them again.
I decided to Install a new sink a few weeks back. After reading a few reviews on Emory I thought I'd give them a call. First off, I have to mention how incredibly nice the dispatchers are. Every time I have called they take the time to listen and were very helpful in getting appointments set. Had the sink installed with no issues. A couple weeks following I had a few draining issues. They came back, helped me to realize I needed a new disposal, and got it done in a very short amount of time.
Emory has been my life saver! I recently moved into a new location and have had several items that needed repair. I initially went with a plumber close to my home, who was billing me at a high rate with no rhyme or reason. Emory's fee structure (for plumbing) is very straight forward: hourly plus materials. They have now done 3 great jobs for me, all same or next day service. Professional, quality, transparent and affordable. Thank you!
I called Emory in desperation as I came home and found my water heater leaking all over the garage floor. The dispatcher was calm, quick, and efficient and a short few minutes later they informed me someone was on their way. They had TWO techs at my residence in less than an hour and had me back up and running two hours later. The techs even went out of their way to mop up the mess and clean the area! Brandon took extra time to speak to me about maintenance and gave me some tips on how to take care of my new water heater. They made a daunting task so effortless and, even though they were at my house late, they didn't charge me overtime. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs.
I've had my ups and downs with various home technicians and companies. Overall, Emory has been easy and pleasant to work with. Emory has cleared drains and replaced shower fixtures for me.In September 2015, the technician was unable to make his or her 2-hour window, so we were forced to cancel the appointment. It was annoying but it happens.Recently, I requested assistance from Emory. The technician, Carlos, texted me as I requested (I don't have good reception) and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was knowledgeable and fixed everything efficiently. I would use Emory Plumbing's services again.
